Salary: $80,000 - 92,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Prepare, finalize, and release packaging mechanicals for print and production, managing dielines, bleeds, trapping, and specifications.
• Support packaging pilots, attend production events, and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Ensure brand color consistency using INX Color, review proofs, and handle Pantone-to-INX translations.
• Create accurate 2D packaging renders for reviews and maintain render files and asset libraries.
• Conduct QA on mechanicals, verify production details like UPCs and nutrition facts, and manage version control and proofing workflows.
• Partner with designers, printers, and teams to translate creative into production-ready artwork.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Production Artist in packaging, print, or related role.
• Deep experience with packaging mechanicals, print production, prepress, and press processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong file organization, version control, and quality control skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume updates across SKUs under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication for collaboration with designers, vendors, and teams.

Nice to have

• CPG or beverage packaging experience.
• Knowledge of INX Color, Figma, 3D rendering tools.
• Familiarity with printing methods like flexo, digital, offset.
• Experience with proofing platforms, sustainable materials, regulatory elements.
