TL;DR

Enrollment Representative (Universal): Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions for school enrollment processes, providing guidance on applications, policies, tuition, and payments with an accent on compliance, family satisfaction, and seamless experiences. Focus on multitasking across systems, resolving issues, building relationships, and meeting quality benchmarks through call monitoring and audits.

Location: US residents of the 50 states, D.C. only (remote)

Hourly Rate: $15.75, non-negotiable

What you will do

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues and ensuring positive enrollment experiences.
  • Provide clear guidance on policies, procedures, documentation, tuition costs, and payment plans.
  • Support application processes, explain product features, and coordinate enrollment agreements.
  • Navigate multiple systems like Salesforce CRM, review accounts, and document interactions accurately.
  • Build relationships with families, demonstrate empathy, and address concerns with problem-solving skills.
  • Meet KPIs through call management, compliance, and continuous improvement via coaching.

Requirements

  • Residency: US residents of the 50 states, D.C. only
  • 6 months customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, listening skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in web-based apps, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps download/10Mbps upload min), Ethernet preferred, distraction-free home office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high call volumes in a remote environment with fixed shifts.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years call center experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Previous experience with hirify.global/K12 or sales/customer service achievements.
  • Familiarity with education systems and home-based connectivity.
