TL;DR

Location: Permanent remote (work from home), Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST with 1hr unpaid break, ability to work weekends and flexible schedules for 24/7 operation

What you will do

  • Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues including billing, reservations, and vehicle problems
  • Process payments and refunds accurately
  • Log detailed case resolutions in CRM for future reference
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with team to share best practices and resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center with long-term tenure
  • Strong track record of high customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
  • High attention to detail in fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and support tools
  • Comfortable with flexible schedules including weekends for 24/7 operation
