What you will do

• Support vehicle engineering in implementing quality requirements and monitoring consistency to global metrics.
• Maintain documentation for Launch Manufacturing Quality Readiness Reviews.
• Participate in Plant Quality Manager and Launch Quality Manager meetings.
• Manage projects requested by Quality Shop Director.
• Coach, teach, and audit GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ elements.
• Present clear problem definitions and technical mentorship to plant and engineering staff, with progress updates.
• Support new product launches and maintain quality requirement deviations and cost reports.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of quality processes, engineering requirements, STPS, 8D methodologies, recall recoveries, and Vehicle GMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
