What you will do

• Lead and direct hardware technical marketing engineers and manage their function's deliverables.
• Manage service support for hardware, software, and platform customers.
• Act as a technical expert and primary liaison between customers, manufacturing, and sales teams.
• Identify key trends in hardware devices to influence strategic messaging and product development.
• Participate in new product development by representing customer technical needs and creating training materials.
• Develop and coach team members to foster growth and ensure a high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with 4+ years experience), or Master's/PhD in Mechanical Engineering (with 2+ years experience).
• Proven experience in mechanical project design, system integration, and performing mechanical layout studies.
• Expertise in designing components, creating specifications, and working with vendors.
• Experience with printed circuit board (PCB) keep out zones and component placement.
• Advanced English proficiency (resume must be submitted in English).
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically PTC Creo.
• Experience in assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Basic exposure to thermal simulation tools such as ANSYS, Icepak, or FloTHERM.
