What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve high-severity and high-impact incidents within the Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate support needs into technical requirements for smaller enhancements.
• Implement and execute application support frameworks aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Proactively monitor system health and analyze trends to identify root causes and prevent issue recurrence.
• Manage application support changes in accordance with Change and Release Management policies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business processes and Salesforce technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem support, specifically with the Health Cloud platform.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and API-first development principles.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher) or MuleSoft Certified Developer.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
• Experience with copay program management in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
