Salary: $98,000 - $147,100

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for P1/P2 Salesforce production issues.
• Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, and detailed root-cause analysis.
• Resolve complex technical issues involving Apex, LWC, Flows, security, and data.
• Partner with Systems, Integration, and Security teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
• Support production releases, hotfixes, and platform changes.
• Mentor developers and support engineers on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant production support.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Proven ability to lead incident triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments and integrations.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
