What you will do

• Define and lead solution architectures for LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Evaluate and select AI tools, frameworks, and vendors such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone.
• Manage and coach tech leads and engineers on AI architecture principles, patterns, and designs to drive tech stack maturity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product vision and business needs into scalable technical requirements.
• Establish architectural governance and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Prototype and validate emerging AI capabilities including agentic systems, multimodal AI, and RLHF.

Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 3 years focused on AI/ML solution design and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification.
