What you will do

• Cleanse data and refine existing reports to provide high-quality Management Information (MI) for the Head of Payments.
• Identify risks, controls, and trends to optimize departmental processes and ensure FCA data requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the Transfers Out Manager to implement RPA changes and automate information gathering using VBA macros.
• Integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiencies and process automation.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, supporting walkthroughs and completing relevant actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparty transfer teams to improve transfer timelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester (Hybrid 60%).
• Proven experience in data analysis, report writing, and risk management.
• Expertise in MS Excel, specifically the ability to build, use, and maintain VBA macros.
• Understanding of how to integrate AI into daily operational tasks.
• Knowledge of HMRC rules and pension legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
