What you will do

• Build robust data models and infrastructure downstream of backend services to support reconciliation, internal reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Develop "The Ledger" to track all crypto and fiat movements from wallet and exchange data sources.
• Design and scale a hirify.global-wide approach to reconciliation for cash, crypto, and payments data.
• Conduct analysis and build data solutions for product flow of funds, crypto inventory balances, and cost basis reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and crypto engineering teams to investigate issues like crypto delivery timing.
• Work closely with accounting and finance to build custom tables and reporting tailored to their needs.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience and vision for architecting robust data models within a complex ecosystem.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in Accounting, Financial Audits, or Financial Reporting.
