What you will do

• Lead activities to safeguard the Penta Embedded software product platform.
• Prioritize software implementation and define technical roadmaps including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Govern product branch plans for the identified product scope.
• Coordinate with the larger SW product ecosystem to ensure platform stability.
• Act as a thought leader, leveraging market trends and networks to keep the product competitive.
• Mentor and contribute to the education and development of other engineers within the Group.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in embedded software.
• Recognized expertise in the discipline both within and outside the organization.
• Strong ability to articulate future-focused links between technical expertise and industry trends.
• Experience in mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Göteborg, Sweden
