What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex client application issues related to product functionality and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot medium to high-severity issues independently by gathering client data and delivering effective resolutions.
- Maintain detailed logs of support requests in ServiceNow (SNOW) and provide feedback to product development teams.
- Perform application customizations, including order sets, lab/rad orders, and visit types.
- Handle system provisioning, including user creation and terminations.
- Stay current with new software releases and design changes to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- 2-4 years of experience in client support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry clinical workflows.
- Proven ability to independently apply break-fix solutions and resolve high-severity cases.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be based in one of the specified US states (IL, DE, CO, AR, CT).
