What you will do
- Manage strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Analyze comprehensive data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing customer performance and scaling best practices.
- Align product capabilities with organizational goals to ensure optimal adoption and measurable value delivery.
- Develop and deliver narratives on product utilization to illustrate ROI to clients.
- Collaborate with market leadership on strategic initiatives and reconcile business or product challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, specifically within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings.
- Mandatory exposure to healthcare organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Clinical delivery or applications experience.
