TL;DR

Support Specialist (Healthcare): Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software solutions in the healthcare and emergency response sector with an accent on client experience and SLA adherence. Focus on resolving complex product usage queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in the US (100% virtual)

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues via calls, emails, and chat regarding hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end resolution process and tracking within agreed SLAs.
  • Own the communication process and maintain CRM and ticketing systems according to standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and solve complex client issues.
  • Assist with testing and duplicating reported software and hardware problems.
  • Travel up to 10% annually for orientation, industry events, and onsite meetings.

Requirements

  • Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Proven customer service experience supporting software products, preferably in Public Safety or Healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
