What you will do

• Own core product features from concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) for real-time workflows like parallel dialing, call routing, and audio stream processing for speech recognition.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to deliver intuitive, performant experiences and influence the roadmap.
• Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Drive technical excellence by defining and upholding coding standards for clean, maintainable code.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to work remotely anywhere in the US
• Proven experience owning features or products through full lifecycle from discovery to iteration
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with RDBMS using SQL
• Deep appreciation for simple, maintainable, well-tested code
