What you will do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat from small business admins and executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the platform, including compliance, workers’ compensation, time off, reporting, integrations, and bulk actions.
- Develop creative solutions, provide guidance, manage open issue queues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Utilize resources effectively, contribute to customer retention, and recommend product/process improvements.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in handling sensitive customer matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in customer service, preferably B2B SaaS or contact centers.
- 1+ year experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
- Strong phone, email, and chat communication skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort handling challenging situations with executives, demonstrating empathy and resourcefulness.
- Aptitude for learning products, simplifying complex topics, and prioritizing workload as a self-starter.
- Spanish or other second language at business conversation level (plus).
