Location: Fixed hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Mon/Fri remote) in Maple Plain, MN. US Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), refugees or asylees only due to ITAR regulations. No temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT).

Salary: $64,500 - $89,800 bimonthly

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video and photography production: concept, planning, shooting, and post-production using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
• Produce diverse content including product photography, social/digital assets, customer case studies, internal communications, and PR videos.
• Manage in-house studio operations, equipment (cameras, lighting, audio), and multimedia asset organization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Digital teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Handle multiple projects, balance quick-turn and high-production work, and communicate timelines clearly.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional video and photography production experience with strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and balance creativity with business mindset.
• Collaborative, accountable, responsive to feedback, and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or technical industries.
• Motion graphics or animation experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with AI/generative tools.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification.
