What you will do

• Concept and produce end-to-end video creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and CTV.
• Elevate visual composition, pacing, and storytelling to enhance brand quality while maintaining performance.
• Develop hooks, angles, and visual frameworks rooted in performance signals.
• Edit, iterate, and polish video ads directly at high speed.
• Integrate generative AI tools into the workflow for ideation, scripting, and asset generation.
• Collaborate with media and growth teams to transform data into stronger creative work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video creative, art direction, or production.
• Proven track record of creating video assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong visual instincts for design, composition, and pacing.
• Fluency in video editing tools for autonomous production and iteration.
• Proficiency in experimenting with generative AI tools to accelerate production.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
