What you will do

• Edit high volumes of performance video ads end-to-end for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV.
• Construct narratives that convert by controlling pacing, hooks, and tension.
• Iterate rapidly on assets based on performance data and creative feedback.
• Handle motion graphics, basic color grading, and audio mixing for platform-ready delivery.
• Leverage AI editing tools and generative workflows to accelerate output.
• Maintain an efficient project workflow, including asset libraries and version control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically in performance or direct-response creative.
• Deep fluency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, with proficiency in After Effects for motion.
• Strong performance instincts with a deep understanding of hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
• Ability to operate at high volume while maintaining consistent quality.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic color grading.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
