What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical implementation of identity security solutions across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead solution design for complex IGA implementations aligned with enterprise architecture and security best practices.
• Guide architectural decisions, promote design standards, integration patterns, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership across SDLC, manage stakeholder communication, and mitigate risks.
• Act as trusted advisor on identity security strategy, roadmaps, and best practices; mentor engineers.
• Support integrations with ERP, HR systems, ITSM tools, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading complex IGA implementations with hands-on expertise in leading IGA platforms.
• Strong consulting skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Deep understanding of identity governance principles, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead multiple projects.
• Strong solution architecture experience including microservices and integrations; SQL, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals, cryptography, Unix/Linux, shell scripting; LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SCIM.
• Experience integrating with SAP, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
