Salary: €7,408 - €10,582 (scale 11, 36 hours)

What you will do

• Define and maintain target architecture for IAM Foundation and Data & Insights, ensuring consistency and boundaries.
• Safeguard core IAM landscape including identities, credentials, access, roles, and policies.
• Design IAM data models, reporting, dashboards, and evidence capabilities for compliance and insights.
• Drive alignment between IAM platforms, data consumers, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Co-lead areas with Area Leads and Tech Leads, functionally lead Solution Architects.
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs between stability, innovation, and analytical advancements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Academic thinking level, preferably Master’s in relevant field
• Extensive IAM knowledge and 10+ years experience, including 4+ years in business/enterprise architecture
• Strong security, risk, and compliance understanding in regulated environments
• Proven leadership and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong conceptual thinking to translate strategy into architectural outcomes
