What you will do

• Architect and maintain corporate network infrastructure using MikroTik, UniFi, and Fortinet with high-availability topologies (VRRP, active-active/passive clusters).
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Ansible and Terraform to ensure all configurations are version-controlled and reproducible.
• Design and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi environments, performing deep RF analysis and implementing WPA3-Enterprise authentication.
• Implement 802.1X port-based authentication and granular VLAN segmentation integrated with identity providers like Okta.
• Operate and scale VPN infrastructure utilizing WireGuard, OpenVPN, and GlobalProtect.
• Develop Python-based tooling for network management, compliance checks, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Advanced expertise with MikroTik RouterOS, Ubiquiti UniFi, and Fortinet FortiGate.
• Proven experience with VRRP and multi-vendor HA failover design.
• Solid IaC background using Ansible, Terraform, and Git-based change management.
• Deep wireless troubleshooting skills, including RF captures and EAP-TLS tracing.
• Working knowledge of Python for network automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
• Familiarity with SecureW2 or similar cloud RADIUS/PKI platforms.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud networking (AWS VPC, Transit Gateway).
• Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
