What you will do
- Communicate with client support representatives in Slack chats
- Escalate tickets to Card Processing Team engineers
- Monitor the in-house card-processing system online
- Analyze system events including logs
- Process reverse tasks from internal teams
- Perform and automate routine procedures like file exchange and scheduled tasks using AI tools
- Set up emulators for payment systems in test/pre-prod environments
Requirements
- 1+ year experience supporting card processing systems or 2+ years in any payment processing
- Knowledge of card processing operations (authorization and clearing)
- Hands-on with logging systems (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTTP protocol and experience with API tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- PL/SQL for simple CRUD queries
Nice to have
- Experience with Core Banking Systems (e.g., Temenos)
- Experience with KYC/KYB (e.g., SumSub)
- Experience with SmartVista
- Experience with Banking as a Service products
- Hands-on with Salesforce
