Location: Manchester office (hybrid with 15 work from home days a year)

What you will do
- Own annual marketing calendar, campaign briefing, GTM planning for launches, trading moments and commercial initiatives.
- Define channel activation plans across store, app, site, CRM, digital, retail and local marketing.
- Lead campaign delivery with pace, structure, accountability and post-campaign reviews.
- Manage retail, local marketing and POS for store priorities and campaigns.
- Build GTM for commercial initiatives and external partnerships.
- Lead and develop Campaign Manager, Campaign Executive and Local Marketing/Retail Executive.
Requirements
- Senior marketing experience in retail, ecommerce, beauty, fragrance or fast-paced consumer business
- Strong experience with annual marketing calendars, campaign plans, GTM, retail marketing and POS.
- Commercial awareness linking marketing to business performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management across Brand, Creative, CRM, Digital, Retail and Commercial teams.
- Highly organised with briefing skills and team management experience.
- Comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
