Junior Brand Manager

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day brand consistency, conduct audits across retail and owned channels, and maintain brand toolkits and guidelines.
• Assist in creating brand decks, presentations, and reports; coordinate asset distribution and manage creative approvals.
• Support brand insights through consumer research, trend monitoring, competitor analysis, and monthly updates.
• Coordinate brand and charity partnerships, including logistics and opportunity identification.
• Drive community growth via initiatives, loyalty programs, engagement analysis, and event support in UK and Ireland.
• Support campaign shoots with planning, execution, on-site assistance, and post-production.

Requirements

• Based in UK or Ireland for hybrid role
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in marketing, brand, agency, or consumer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Interest in brand building, beauty, and consumer marketing; some campaign or project experience.
