What you will do

• Lead marketing spend planning and evaluation across areas like performance marketing, PR & branding, user campaigns, affiliates & KOLs, events & sponsorships.
• Analyze marketing investment effectiveness, derive ROI insights, and provide high-impact recommendations to executives.
• Partner with Accounting for accurate monthly financial reporting of marketing activities.
• Deliver data insights to shape campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and recommend spend optimizations.
• Work with complex datasets and cross-functional stakeholders to track and measure marketing activities.
• Build relationships across Marketing, Data, Regions, and Finance to solve challenges and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A or strategic finance supporting Marketing, or Marketing role with analytics/strategy and Finance background at a large B2C internet company.
• Analytical problem solver with experience building complex financial/operating models.
• Ability to craft executive-level presentations and succinct narratives with action items.
• Demonstrated business judgment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve roadblocks methodically.
