Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (Onsite at Vancouver Campus)
Compensation: $7,622.83 - $11,886.67 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Lead the planning, implementation, and scaling of team-based care models across Student Health & Wellbeing programs.
- Oversee the design and quality assurance of student-centered clinical pathways and interprofessional programs.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse health providers, including physicians, nurses, counselors, and psychiatrists.
- Develop and integrate clinical policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
- Analyze pathway utilization and outcomes data to optimize access and quality of care.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to staff to support collaborative practice competencies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline with at least five years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of BC health legislation and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex cross-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to document clearly and concisely.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-oppressive practice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interprofessional team environment.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or allied health.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Current BC registration with a relevant professional college or association.
- Experience in primary care and mental health service coordination.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
