What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops in-office, regionally, or at events.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up.
• Review podium presentations and discuss clinical evidence for peer-to-peer CE programs with KOLs and compliance teams.
• Support clinical education initiatives and manage relationships with professional associations and universities.
• Present on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams.
• Handle contracting, reporting, and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals in collaboration with Global Operations.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment (USA or Canada) without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of dental experience OR High School/GED with 9 years of dental experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical or technical dental experience.
• Proficiency in public speaking and presentations.

Nice to have

• Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Assistant.
• Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry.
• Experience implementing adult learning programs.
• Proficiency in project management.
