Andersen is hiring a 3D Designer for a project creating a 3D animated series, developing characters, scenes, and visual storytelling for children’s content.

What you will do

• Create 12 episodes of 3D animation (up to 2 minutes each).
• Develop character designs and scene environments from concept to final animation.
• Manage the full animation pipeline, including rigging, texturing, shading, and rendering.
• Optimize assets to ensure a smooth production cycle.

Requirements

• Professional experience in 3D production for 1,5+ years.
• A portfolio demonstrating at least one completed series or multi-episode project.
• Level of English - from Intermediate+.
• Proven track record of taking a character from an initial concept to a fully realized, animated scene.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, sculpting, and environment development.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, rigging, and lighting.

• Expertise in refining AI-generated assets for professional aesthetics.
• Proactive approach to integrating AI tools into production workflows.
• Ability to balance speed and quality using hybrid modeling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining visual consistency and fixing technical artifacts.
