Location: Office-first from the Warsaw office

Salary: 19,000 – 26,200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Act as a key financial partner for Marketing & Publishing, supporting business leaders in decision-making and financial strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, including data analysts and finance business partners.
• Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and deliver insights to drive key business decisions.
• Drive financial transparency and build cost awareness and accountability within teams.
• Partner with procurement and business development on financial aspects of contracts and transactions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in finance (FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering), preferably in project-based environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Experience in revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and marketing/publishing finance.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP, BI, and planning tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the game development or broader entertainment sector.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems.
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
• Genuine interest in gaming.
