What you will do

• Architect and build scalable backend services scanning millions of cloud resources daily in multi-cloud environments
• Design distributed systems processing massive security data with high reliability and low latency
• Develop agentless scanning for vulnerability detection, configuration assessment, and data security
• Collaborate with security researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver customer-loved features
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Drive technical excellence via code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentoring

Requirements

• 5+ years backend/systems engineering with modern languages (Go, Python, Java, C#, Node.js)
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including internals
• Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures
• Container orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes or similar
• Strong ownership mentality and self-directed learning ability
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud security, vulnerability scanning, or DSPM
• Knowledge of security scanning techniques, CSPM, compliance frameworks
• Contributions to open-source or technical communities
• High-throughput data processing pipelines
• Background in enterprise SaaS platforms
