Learning and Development Manager

TL;DR

Learning and Development Manager: Shape and operationalize learning and development strategy across gaming studios with an accent on research, design, and rollout of initiatives. Location: Warsaw, Herzliya, and London offices, or remotely from Poland.

What you will do

• Support L&D strategy through research and rollout of key initiatives across diverse studios.
• Organize learning solutions like group training, workshops, webinars, and experience exchanges.
• Select educational providers and manage communications with them.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback on learning programs.
• Work with content on internal education platforms and maintain documentation/reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Learning & Development
• Upper-intermediate English or higher for international collaboration
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern instructional design
• Experience building learning solutions full cycle: needs analysis to evaluation
• Strong coordination and organizational skills for multiple workstreams
• Exceptional communication in international environment

Nice to have

• Experience in international teams or global companies
• Launching AI training, change management, or management development programs
• Background in tech, game development, or creative industries
• Interest in gaming
• Experience with Juno Journey or similar LMS
