Location: Hybrid (UK) - must spend at least two days per week (40%) at office sites in Manchester or Newport, or at dealer networks/OEM partners.
Salary: £78,098 - £91,880

What you will do
- Define and deliver a scalable, commercially relevant learning strategy to support growth and regulatory compliance.
- Design and implement blended learning solutions (digital, virtual, face-to-face) for OEMs and dealer networks.
- Identify capability gaps across internal and third-party distribution teams and design targeted training.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate regulations into practical, audit-ready training.
- Monitor training effectiveness through MI and performance outcomes to continuously refine content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in L&D for OEM partners, dealer networks, or intermediary sales environments.
- Deep knowledge of the motor finance and leasing industry with competitor insight.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and end-to-end buying processes.
- Ability to translate legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements into compliant training solutions.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from Manchester or Newport.
