People & Culture Manager SSC (HR): Oversee HR processes in a Shared Services Center including talent attraction, retention, business partnering, and advisory on Polish labor law, GDPR, and OHS with an accent on process efficiency, digitalization, and AI integration. Focus on driving employee engagement, leadership development, and data-driven HR decisions in a hybrid work model.
Location: Krakow, PL. Site based with 1-2 days remote per week.

What you will do
- Manage HR processes like payroll, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and development with focus on efficiency and digitalization.
- Monitor headcount, analyze fluctuations, and provide business insights.
- Design solutions for talent attraction, retention, development, and hybrid work environment to boost employee engagement.
- Act as HRBP for Extended Management Team on people topics and decisions.
- Ensure compliant HR operations and champion inclusive culture.
- Develop HR policies for safe workplace and legal compliance; track KPIs and share HR trends.
- Lead small HR team and leverage AI/automation for process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Minimum 5 years in HR Manager or HRBP role, preferably in SSC.
- Good knowledge of Polish labor law and basic GDPR.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment and propose improvements.
- Curiosity about AI, learning agility, and connecting tech to business outcomes.

- Experience in SSC environment.
