Location: Hybrid; must be based near a Hub (e.g., Alpharetta, GA) and possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Salary: $155,000 - $260,000 Annual

What you will do
- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise PAM program.
- Serve as the Product Owner for Delinea capabilities, securing privileged access across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
- Lead and manage Privileged Access Analysts to ensure operational maturity and delivery execution.
- Implement Zero Trust-aligned access patterns, including Just-in-Time (JIT) and approval-based elevation.
- Oversee privileged session monitoring, recording, and credential lifecycle management.
- Integrate PAM with ITSM and security tooling (SIEM/SOAR) to improve detection and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in IAM (PAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
- Proven track record of delivering high-value, cross-functional security initiatives.
- Experience with requirements elicitation and Agile/Scrum execution (user stories, backlogs).
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Cybersecurity preferred (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms in an operational context.
Nice to have
- Direct experience implementing and operating Delinea PAM solutions (Secret Server).
- Advanced expertise in risk-based security controls and privileged identity governance.
- Knowledge of automated discovery tooling and behavioral analytics for anomaly detection.
- Experience designing dual-control policies tied to incident and change processes.
