What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including SAP HANA and AnyDB platforms.
• Manage SAP transport processes, change control, upgrades, and the implementation of SAP Notes.
• Administer Linux and Windows environments, handling backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Analyze and resolve complex system errors through root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Execute SAP Basis security tests and deploy SAP Security Notes and Hot News to ensure compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation in German and collaborate within Agile/DevOps environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP installation, configuration, and system maintenance.
• Strong database knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent, and experience with SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Vienna, Austria.
