What you will do

• Deliver complex pricing analysis to support acquisition and retention performance.
• Build, enhance, and review pricing models (GLMs/GBMs) to predict customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.
• Analyse price trials, competitor pricing, and market data to inform trading decisions.
• Drive optimisation activity using behavioural models and validate pricing model performance over time.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure all pricing activity aligns with regulatory guidance and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in insurance pricing and analytics, ideally within personal lines or financial services.
• Deep technical knowledge of analytical techniques, including GLMs and GBMs.
• Strong experience using SQL, Snowflake, or SAS.
• Experience with statistical modelling tools such as Emblem, Radar, R, or Python.
• Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Relevant numerate degree or post-graduate qualification

Nice to have

• Exposure to optimisation tools such as Radar Optimiser or Earnix.
