What you will do

• Develop and execute social-first content strategies for always-on and campaign initiatives.
• Concept, script, film, and produce captivating content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and emerging platforms.
• Edit and optimize team-generated content rapidly for quick deployment across social channels.
• Articulate creative visions to clients and stakeholders, contribute to new business pitches.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and algorithms to react to cultural moments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in social media, content creation, or editing (agency/in-house).
• Exceptional conceptual thinking with proven social content generation.
• Deep understanding of engagement drivers and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, Meta).
• Proficient in filming, editing, and publishing with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, in-app editors.
• Ability to adapt and edit content quickly with speed and precision.
• Comfortable presenting work to clients in a fast-paced environment.
