What you will do
- Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up.
- Handle professional customer interactions and coordinate final responses to ensure satisfaction.
- Administer SAP for customer master data, CoA, and invoice query resolutions.
- Liaise with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure OTIF delivery.
- Control consignment stocks and manage customer portals where applicable.
- Initiate and document dispute resolution processes to minimize cost impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- High school degree or commercial school education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in at least one other major language (e.g., Spanish, German, Dutch, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, French).
- Experience managing large accounts on a regional or global level.
- Strong computer competency with high MS Office suite proficiency.
