What you will do
- Conduct precise audits of sensor and camera data to verify the accuracy of in-store foot-traffic counts.
- Monitor the health of thousands of connected IoT devices globally and resolve issues within strict SLAs.
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk for internal teams and external retail clients.
- Perform peer-review QA audits to maintain high team-wide accuracy standards.
- Enhance the customer support knowledge base and provide feedback on systemic technical issues to drive product improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or QA, preferably in SaaS or IoT.
- Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for meticulous data auditing.
- Ability to translate technical issues into professional communications for clients.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems before they escalate.
