What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via livechat, phone, and email.
• Resolve issues related to accounts, orders, and deliveries.
• Provide expert advice on dog nutrition and wellness questions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order execution.
• Assist in creating and improving Customer Care knowledge base content.
• Foster a growth-oriented and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in problem solving and issue resolution.
• Excellent English proficiency and grammar.
• Confidence in using computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A genuine love for pets is mandatory.
