What you will do
- Respond to inquiries from Airbnb owners and renters via personalized emails.
- Resolve complaints and issues related to listings, availability, rates, and bookings.
- Coordinate with internal staff and cleaners for maintenance and operations.
- Maintain records of interactions in CRM and perform data entry/scheduling.
Requirements
- Availability for fixed shifts in Australian Western Time (48 hours/week)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-centric approach.
- Proven problem-solving to handle issues independently.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
