What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via livechat, phone, and email.
• Resolve customer issues related to accounts, orders, and deliveries.
• Provide expert advice on dog nutrition and wellness questions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure precise execution of delivery requests.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Customer Care knowledge base.
• Foster a growth-oriented, high-performance culture aligned with the company mission.

Requirements

• Vet Nurse qualifications and 2+ years of practical experience in a clinic or similar practice.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on problem solving and issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English and grammar.
• Proficiency in computer use and touch typing.
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster.
• A genuine love for dogs.
