What you will do

• Provide operational support for SAP Ariba (Guided Buying) and P2P systems.
• Maintain system configurations, including approval workflows, buying channels, and accounting rules.
• Conduct system testing (UAT, connectivity) and manage upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Troubleshoot integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems via middleware (CIG).
• Manage catalog enablement and maintenance for hosted, static, and punchout catalogs.
• Analyze system issues to propose improvements for procurement processes and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the Procurement field and/or P2P solutions as a Technology Specialist.
• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba and integration middleware (e.g., CIG).
• Proven skills in system configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Fluent English proficiency for technical and functional communication.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).
