What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for SRH programs in South Sudan.
• Lead the design and scale-up of high-impact interventions, including contraception and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) prevention.
• Collaborate with Nutrition, GBV, and Child Protection sectors to promote integrated service delivery.
• Ensure SRH programming aligns with Ministry of Health protocols, WHO standards, and IRC global guidance.
• Oversee program planning, grant implementation, commodity supply management, and reporting.
• Represent IRC in national SRH technical working groups and maintain effective relationships with donors and government actors.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine or Nursing; Master’s in Public Health preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in program management for an INGO.
• Experience managing sexual reproductive health programs in emergency contexts or refugee settings.
• Proven strengths in project management, capacity building, and grant reporting.
• Fluency in English and Local Arabic is required.
• Must be based in Juba, South Sudan.
