What you will do

• Deliver safe, structured and community-based MHPSS activities.
• Support the psychosocial wellbeing and resilience of individuals affected by conflict and displacement.
• Facilitate age-, gender- and disability-sensitive activities.
• Manage groups and apply safe referral, protection, safeguarding and confidentiality practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience facilitating MHPSS/PSS, community-based, protection, education or social activities in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Good understanding of MHPSS, Psychological First Aid, safe referrals, protection principles, safeguarding and confidentiality.
• Strong facilitation and group management skills.
• Ability to deliver age-, gender- and disability-sensitive activities.
