What you will do

• Lead the technical oversight and ongoing development of the PAS environment.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders across underwriting and operations.
• Support BAU, enhancements, integrations, and future platform initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership within the application support function.
• Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer during the transition from the current incumbent.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with Policy Administration Systems within the Lloyd’s insurance market (Essential)
• Experience with one or more DXC insurance platforms.
• Experience with DXC Assure (Highly desirable)
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support, enhance, and help shape the future PAS landscape.
