What you will do

• Act as a senior technical authority for solution engineering, defining how enterprise platforms, data, and applications combine into scalable business solutions.
• Establish and govern solution design patterns, integration frameworks, and reusable solution components aligned to enterprise architecture and engineering standards.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex multi-platform solutions, ensuring consistency across products, domains, and business capabilities.
• Define integration strategies (API-led, event-driven, and data integration) to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Champion cloud-native solution design and cloud engineering best practices, driving optimisation, automation, and alignment with enterprise governance.
• Lead adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, advising senior stakeholders on engineering strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale digital solutions.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, integration patterns, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration, data ecosystems, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple teams, products, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience defining solution standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and modern product engineering approaches.
