What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from market data, PM positions, social media, alternative data, and economic indicators to identify trading and behavior patterns.
• Develop and deploy machine learning, AI, and statistical models to forecast market, sector, alpha, and security movements.
• Conduct hypothesis testing, model evaluation, and refinement to ensure decision-making robustness.
• Manage data preparation and processes for model building and analysis.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or above) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep understanding of statistical, probability analysis, and quantitative methods; strong problem-solving from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R, data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy), and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly.
• Collaborative team player fostering learning and knowledge-sharing.

Nice to have

• Understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, trading algorithms, or data science in finance.
