What you will do

• Support the Head of Markets in driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment
• Orchestrate outcomes, impact, and resolution of key blockers across all Markets functions
• Serve as central coordination point for clear communication and stakeholder alignment
• Own execution tracking including roadmap management, issue tracking, and delivery oversight
• Enable Market functions by driving solution design and removing barriers for efficient operations

Requirements

• Some years of experience (or strong internships) in trading, markets operations, or financial services
• Master’s degree in Finance or related field
• Ownership mindset to drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Highly structured and analytical with ability to manage complexity and prioritize
• Good understanding of trading, end-to-end front-to-back lifecycle, and markets operations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance
